Ashley Tapia, LCSW
¡Bienvenidos! My name is Ashley Tapia, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in California and Texas, with a passion for helping children, individuals, and families navigate life’s challenges. I am a first-generation Mexican American and am bilingual in English and Spanish.
I earned my Master of Social Work degree from California State University, Long Beach (CSULB), where I developed a strong foundation in clinical social work practice. With over four years of clinical experience, I have worked extensively with children and families across various settings, including child welfare agencies. Throughout my career, I have specialized in supporting children who have experienced trauma, understanding family systems dynamics, addressing behavioral challenges, and providing care for individuals experiencing suicidal ideation, crisis situations, depression, and anxiety.
I am deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, feelings, and lived experiences. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on building resilience and promoting meaningful, lasting change.
In addition to my clinical work, I am dedicated to ongoing professional development and staying informed on current research and best practices within the field of social work. I am honored to walk alongside my clients on their journey toward healing, growth, and overall well-being.
¡Gracias por visitar mi página! Espero tener la oportunidad de trabajar juntos y acompañarlo en el camino hacia sus metas de bienestar emocional y personal.
